Sonder Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison to help drive territory growth by establishing new business contacts, maintaining current relationships, and facilitating admissions. To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (i.e., healthcare administration, marketing, or business), hospice experience, preferably in a sales or marketing capacity, and exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, allowing for maintenance of strong consultative relationships with clients. You should also have a high degree of empathy and compassion for patients, families, and the hospice mission, be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively are also essential.

Essential job functions & responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice
• Ability to market aggressively while simultaneously maintaining positive industry relationships
• Demonstration of good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,382.29 per year
