You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through a wide range of banking products and services, including but not limited to retail banking and loans. While the term "advisor" implies a broad knowledge base across different banking areas, this position will also emphasize digital banking expertise and a focus on advanced customer engagement.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their banking needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations accordingly.
  • Actively promote and cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services to meet clients' financial objectives, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and digital banking advancements to provide informed advice and guidance.
  • Assist clients in navigating digital banking platforms and promote self-service options for a seamless banking experience.
