Sonabank is Hiring an Associate Primary Care Relationship Manager Near Little Rock, AR
Position Summary :Responsible for managing and growing a sizeable portfolio of commercial customer relationships, as well as working with the credit department to monitor ongoing risk of the portfolio. Additionally, this position is responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience with every commercial customer across all deposit, business services, and merchant processing products, as well as identifying future consumer or commercial lending opportunities. Primary Duties
Onboard new customers with opening deposit account, ordering business service products, remote check deposit and ACH
Heavy emphasis on deposit growth, reviewing existing accounts to make sure they're being used to their full capacity
Uncover opportunities with existing customers to cross sell other panacea or partner products. Personal accounts and loans, insurance, wealth management, merchant and other products that could be created in the future
Assisting merchant processing partner with onboarding a new customer, seeing that process through
Managing portfolio with check ins at least 4x annually (including collectively financials for covenant testing when needed)
Fielding discretionary leads and following up appropriately and introducing appropriate sales representative
Other management assigned duties
Minimum Educational & Experience Requirements
Associate's degree in business, finance or related field
Previous banking experience, including proven ability in sales and lending, preferred
Minimum Skill Requirements
In-depth knowledge of geographic market and industry economics
Detailed understanding and knowledge of Panacea products and services
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with people at all levels both internally and externally including high net worth clients
High degree of confidentiality
Proven ability to ask questions that uncover customer needs and present complex product features and benefits to meet those needs
Strong customer focus
High level of organization and time management
Ability to analyze data and make sound recommendations to various levels of management
Professional and effective written and verbal communications
