Maintenance of 40-acre ranch and the many programs/buildings within. Manage 1-2 other part-time employees.

Job includes a wide variety of hands-on tasks. It is preferred that this person has some general maintenance experience. Must be comfortable working with various power tools and willing to learn new skills. Must be comfortable working near dogs.

• Position will be hourly. Total hours will be 40 hours/week.
• Compensation depends on experience.
• Work will primarily be outdoors.
• 15 days of paid time off per year.
