Team members must have:

• Upscale serving experience with strong cocktail and wine knowledge
• Knowledge of dining/service etiquette to include methods for properly serving and clearing
• A willingness to continually elevate service standards
• An ability to clearly articulate our cuisine, curated cocktails, and large wine list
• The ability to 'host the table', taking guests on a culinary journey
• A clean and polished appearance a willing attitude
