Whoare we lookingfor :

Weare seeking a skilled Photo Retoucher and Social Media Assistant tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managingphoto retouching and culling tasks ensuring all images meet ourhigh standards.

This role requires proficiency in advancedretouching techniques taking RAW photos from Capture One through tofinal edits in Photoshop adhering to our unique style.

Whiletraining will be provided applicants must possess prior experiencein Photoshop. Additionally the candidate will assist with socialmedia management contributing to our online presence andengagement.

SPECIFICDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

• UtilizeAdobe Photoshop to retouch and enhance RAW photos according to ourestablished style andguidelines.
• Sortthrough large volumes of photos to select the best shots forediting andpublication.
• Ensurethat all edited photos meet our highquality standards and adhere tobrandguidelines.
• Assistwith managing and scheduling social media content across variousplatforms including Instagram Facebook andTwitter.
• Helpgenerate engaging visual content for social media posts stories andcampaigns.

SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiencyin Adobe Photoshop with experience in highend retouchingtechniques.
• Strongunderstanding of RAW photo editing workflow preferably usingCaptureOne.
• Attentionto detail and ability to maintain consistency in editingstyle.
• Mailchimpmight need to figure itout.
