JOB GOAL: To create an elementary grade program that promotes academic excellence through differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all students; to motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for future education, in accordance with each students ability; to establish good relationships with parents and with other staff members; to maintain a positive climate of open communication and cooperation w/parents, students, administrators and other staff members.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: I.Demonstrates currency in the curriculum.
