Middle School Teacher:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Teachers to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. As a Middle School Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of young students. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters academic growth, social development, and emotional well-being.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational objectives
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students in various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success
- Implement behavior management techniques to maintain a productive and respectful classroom atmosphere
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Utilize technology resources to enhance instruction and student learning experiences
- Provide guidance and support to students in their personal and academic development
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Valid FLDOE teaching certification (required)
- Proven experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and educational best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Proficient in proofreading written materials for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Familiarity with library services and resources for supporting student research
