3rd Grade Teacher:
Somerset Academy Davie is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. As an educational institution, we are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students.
Duties:
- Facilitate student learning and development in accordance with the school's curriculum
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (required) - Valid FLDOE teaching certificate (required)
- Relevant experience in an educational setting (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and instructional strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Familiarity with technology integration in the classroom
