The Hospital Services Coordinator:

• Serves as representative to hospital and blood center customers, providing blood components in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Demonstrates an awareness of the importance of quality assurance by consistently following standard operating procedures (SOP's).
• Ensures appropriate handling and organization of blood components for hospital inventories and fractionator shipments.
• In accordance with SOP's, follows all applicable regulatory standards.
• This is a part time, 2nd shift position. Wednesday-Friday, 3pm-11pm.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions.

Work Environment and Physical Activities:

• Must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 60 pounds and work intermittently in a cold environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be on-call as required.
• Must be able to perform the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
