The Apheresis Program Specialist will:

• Recruit and schedule donors from provided lists incorporating all of the key talking points used for call evaluations, and documents call results.
• Achieve individual performance expectations for customer service, appointments scheduled, and donor show rate by utilizing call lists.
• Update, maintain, and track all necessary reports, records, and activity information.
• Conduct special donor recruitment projects at various locations and distributes Solvita information and other related duties as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions.
• Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service required.
