Job Summary:

Solvis Employment Services is now hiring a Maintenance Worker for a company in Commerce.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or electrical systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- coordinate the work of other maintenance staff
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed for repairs

Experience:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role, minimum one year required.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with another employee

Shifts:

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Night shift 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM over time as needed

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
