* Travel throughout Westchester County and occasionally to any of the five NYC boroughs (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island). Must have a car and ability to drive to locations.

Our team is missing a multi-tasking, flexible, problem-solving Dental Assistant to go on the road and work in this unique mobile health environment. **This is not a traditional private practice.**

You also care about and connect with people and provide empathic, exceptional care to patients. You are known for your positive attitude and for being a quick-thinking team player. And you bring excellent communication and organizational skills. You are flexible by nature, able to quickly pivot and adapt to a dynamic workplace.

The Professional Requirements You Must Have:

  • Minimum 1 year(s) of chair-side assisting.
  • A valid Driver's License and vehicle
  • During the week, the ability to drive yourself to different dental sites throughout the New York Metro area (all five boroughs, Westchester County, and Long Island).

* Location and Traveling:

The team you'll be joining is in charge of operating group health events throughout all five NYC boroughs (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island) plus Westchester County and Long Island.

We're not your ordinary dentist office. We're on a mission to bring health care to the people that need it. Our dental vehicles move around and your ability to travel to them is important. Our dental fleet is capable of delivering pop-up-anywhere health care and the team you'll be joining is too!

Weekend work traveling throughout the country is also available if interested (but not required).

The Clinical Duties You Will Perform in a Traveling Dental Setting:

  • Preparing X-Rays (Digital and Film-Developing and mounting).
  • Assisting multiple doctors in rotation with charting, general & oral surgery (Endo- if necessary).
  • Prepare treatment operatory and trays for patient.
  • Prepare patients for dental treatment: welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patient.
  • Help patient fill out necessary paperwork on the treatment chart.
  • Help provide direct patient care in all dental specialties, including general dentistry and oral surgery.
  • Sterilizing instruments.
  • Maintaining inventory & checklist.
  • Keep area clean and stocked.

Compensation & Career Potential

  • Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
  • $22 - 25/hr depending on experience.
