Title: Business Analyst with Excess & Surplus (E&S) Lines

MUSTS SKILLS: P&C Insurance domain, Excess & Surplus lines, Agile and Business Analysis.

Required Skills:

• 7 years experience supporting underwriting operations and claims operations, particularly in General Liability and Excess lines of business.
• Extensive knowledge of P&C Excess & Excess and Surplus markets
• Familiarity with SQL querying, relational databases, Jira (JQL)
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Team player with excellent stakeholder management skills to build sustainable and productive alliances across the organization.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate, prioritize and manage multiple activities or projects throughout the day.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience operating within a diverse and global team composed of staff located in multiple locations and time zones.
• Customer and business focused.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and concepts.
• Domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance and Excess & Surplus lines
