SolutionWorks LLC (SW) is a provider of auto reconditioning, claims and repair solutions. SW is the parent company of a group of companies that provide reconditioning services including paintless dent repair, reconditioning at dealerships, OEM facilities, and Reconditioning Centers. SW is a leader in its industry as a result of its proprietary technology used to make the initial claims on vehicles, strong relationships with the leading insurance companies, and a dynamic network of technicians to provide the highest quality repair services. SW is looking for an high energy, finance professional who can help guide the Company’s processes, systems, and help develop the corporate infrastructure. In this role, the Corporate Controller, will manage all Accounting activities, help manage the company’s internal and external relationships with customers, vendors, lenders, accountants and attorneys in a growth-oriented environment. The position will report directly to SW’s Chief Financial Officer and will be located in Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Key responsibility for leading the monthly and annual financial closing process utilizing SW’s various systems including Oracle NetSuite.
• Responsible for delivering timely Business Unit financial reporting, Balance Sheet Account Analysis, and all other required control reporting.
• Manages the AR Collections function.
• Working closely with key customers and vendors to manage the overall financial relationship including pricing, billing, collections etc.;
• Refining and maintaining financial and operational reporting to provide insight, analytics, and key performance indicators to the management team for decision making,
• Managing a small team of accounting professionals;
• Responsibility for coordinating and overseeing the annual financial statement audit and tax audits in both US and Canada
• Working with external tax accountants to ensure timely filling of all state, federal, and foreign tax filings;
• Representing Finance and Accounting team within IT agile process as Product Owner

• A financial leader with 10 years of experience.
• Public accounting and Oracle NetSuite experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP accounting knowledge required
• Corporate Controller experience in a private equity owned company desired
• Experience in multi-national companies with foreign operations a benefit
• Exhibits well-developed communication skills; is clear, concise, motivating and persuasive

Educational Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting and CPA strongly desired.
• MBA preferred but not required
