```Duties``` - Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their solar energy needs and provide appropriate solutions - Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the available products and services - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals - Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential customers - Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close sales - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation ```Qualifications``` - Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the solar industry - Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for lead management and tracking - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base - Leadership qualities to effectively guide customers through the decision-making process - Knowledge of the solar market trends, products, and industry regulations - Familiarity with software tools used for solar system design and analysis is a plus - Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable, as it enables effective communication with a wider range of customers Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
