Our team is seeking a skilled, passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Property Manager in the Marietta area and play a pivotal role in the success of our real estate portfolio. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, financially sound, and compliant with regulations. Full job description

Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Complete all required reports and property files in an accurate and timely
  • Working with outside contractors
  • Maintain work orders on all maintenance requests and respond to those
  • Process invoices
  • Process applications
  • Draft leases and management agreements
  • Ensure that properties are cleaned and made-ready after move-outs.
  • Ensure all collections of rents, deposits and misc. income is posted on a daily basis.
  • Maintain a high level of resident satisfaction as indicated in a high number of lease renewals each month by seeking to understand and anticipate what residents
  • Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe and well-maintained property
  • Maintaining satisfactory collections and occupancy as set forth by management.
  • Review, approve and process all applicable repairs.
  • Review monthly income and expense reports and report on any variance.
