Full Time: Evening Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 5pm-1:30am
Responsibilities:
Full Time: Evening Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 5pm-1:30am
Responsibilities:
- Observe and document clients' medication.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Observe client's physical conditions, attitude, appetite and report any changes to the provider.
- Timely and accurate documentation in EMR system.
- Efficiently and correctly complete the intake process of admitting clients
- Ensure appropriate stock, labeling, and storage of the medication.
- Comply with HIPPA requirements.
- Refill/request medication, as needed.
- Oversee lab orders, as ordered by the provider.
- Client intakes
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Background Check, Drug Screening, TB test and Physical (covered by the company)
- Complete primary series and first booster (when eligible) is required per the Department of Public Health.
