If you have the passion and skill to help further Solution Tree’s mission, we want to hear from you.As a Junior Application Developer at Solution Tree, you will be an integral part of our dynamic development team, focusing on creating innovative applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will work closely with other team members to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions that leverage the capabilities of LLMs to solve real-world problems and enhance user experiences.Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the full application development lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with other development team members to integrate LLMs into our applications, ensuring they align with our business goals and user needs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Assist in developing APIs and backend services that allow for the effective integration and utilization of LLMs in our applications.
  • Engage in code reviews, contributing to the maintenance of high coding standards and improving the overall quality of our software.
  • Collaborate within the development team to understand the capabilities and limitations of LLMs, contributing to the evaluation of model performance and usability, and integrating AI insights into the application development process.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in LLM technology and explore new tools and techniques that could enhance our applications.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning and progress of projects.
  • Document the development process, architecture, and standard components for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in software development, with exposure to AI/ML projects being a plus.
  • Familiarity with LLMs or a keen interest in developing expertise in this area.
  • Proficient in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and their application in software development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Position Type: This is a full-time remote position.
