Qualifications

 Excellent communicator, a real people-person

 Excellent time manage

 Knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies including Entra ID, Azure Active

Directory, and Azure AD

 A strong understanding of network architecture and how organizations run their

networks

 A strong understanding of domain architecture including Windows

 Experience with Meraki environments, including setup, managing, and maintaining

Responsibilities

 Maintain an excellent relationship with our clients

 Collaborate with multiple teams both internal and external

 Regularly interface with clients via in-person, phone, and email

 Proactively engage problems and work towards resolution

 Manage and participate in projects large and small

 Install and configure software and provide end-user support

 Work with Microsoft 365, firewalls, routers, servers, etc

 Perform other duties as assigned

Pay, Location & Schedule

 Pay range is offered at $22-$28/hr

- Negotiable based on skillset, experience & customer service skill level

 Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with an hour unpaid lunch

- there is the occassional evening/weekend when business need demands

- we do allow the flexibility of adjusting hours during slow seasons to make up for additional hours worked during busy seasons, and ad-hoc, as business need allows

- we do value work-life balance! 40hrs is standard, OT is on the rare and voluntary occassion

 Location is split between our Westerville office and local client locations

- Minor and occasional opportunity for remote work upon completion of probationary period and as business need allows

Benefits

 Paid Time Off

- 1st year = 2 weeks

- 2 years = 3 weeks

- 3 years = additional day for each year, maxing out at 6 weeks

- PTO is awarded in totality after the 90 probationary period as a total bank (NOT accrued) and at the beginning of each year thereafter so that team members can use their PTO at their ease and as business need allows, without having to wait for accrued time!

 Excellent benefits including medical, dental and vision

- employer contribution of 50%

 401k matching up to 3%

- additional .5 match for the 4th%

- additional .5 match for the 5th%

 Mileage reimbursement for work-related daily commuting travel
