Building Services Director

Preferably a minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in building/property industry, maintenance and custodial/housekeeping handling the upkeep, repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and other structural matters. Possess knowledge of building construction types, fire/sprinkler/detection systems, computerized work order programs, etc.
Ability to communicate and explain work duties to department associates. Ability to have effective and positive interactions with residents, families, associates, visitors, co-workers and government agencies.
Knowlege, experience and safe use of common hand and power tools, devices, testers etc. Ability to perform manual tasks daily. Be mobile and able to perform physical requirements of the job. Good physical health verified by a health screening, including a chest x-ray or an intradermal test not more than 6 months prior or seven (7) days after employment

Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
Trade/Technical school, college degree in related field, related certification/s preferred.
