Warehouse/Shipping Coordinator

Our client is currently seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Coordinator on a contract to hire basis for their location in Glen Mills, PA. On site; local candidates only. The role will be primarily responsible for equipment preparation and shipment activities.

Responsibilities

• Verifying accurate parts assignment and packing in order entry systems
• Maintaining warehouse in compliance with standards
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of shipments
• Monitoring work orders in all platforms
• Ensuring all orders include required paperwork
• Coordinating equipment returns

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years related warehouse and/or shipping industry experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to effectively learn company inventory and database software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $22.00-23.00/hr

Location: Glen Mills, PA (on-site 5 days a week M-F)

Salary range $22-23/ HR W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
