Solomon Organization is Hiring a Regional Coordinator/Administrative Assistant Near Clifton Park, NY

REGIONAL COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Summary:

The Regional Coordinator/Administrative Assistant will report to the VP of Operations and Regional Manager for our Northeast Region, based out of Clifton Park NY. This position's primary role is to provide support to the regional and property teams. To perform this role the candidate will need to be able to self-manage while supporting others, be flexible, analytical, motivated, highly detail-oriented and organized. This position will fill-in on site level when there is a need or absence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the VP of Operations and Regional Manager with daily operations
  • Assist with contract administration and vendor compliance utilizing VendorCafe and VendorSheild
  • Review Grace Hill/Policy Partners to ensure property compliance
  • Assist with property building code compliance and tracking
  • Maintain inventory of vehicles and equipment
  • Review renovation schedules and reconcile with amenities in Yardi
  • Coordinate lender inspections and track results/action items
  • Perform file audits as directed
  • Handle monthly AMEX reconciliations and receipt submittals for properties and regional expenses
  • Perform property and regional expense analysis
  • Assist site teams with deposit accounting, move-ins/move-outs, PayaScan, POs, etc. as needed
  • Assist site teams with Yardi issues
  • Monitor payroll, overtime, and allocations

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in property management or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, property management, or related field.
  • Prompt, regular attendance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams
  • Very strong knowledge and advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to occasionally travel as needed
  • Strong ability to communicate (written and verbal) across all organizational levels
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
  • Experience with Yardi, Rent Café, Knock, and Blue Moon is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends as needed

  • Yardi: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Budgeting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
