Position: Wound Care Visist Nurse (RN)
Locations: Bronx or Queens
Schedule: Monday - Frida y 9am - 5pm
Visits Required: Minimum of 5 Visits per day
Hourly Rate: $75

Summary: The RN will provide in-home health wound care to recently discharged pediatric and adult patients. RN assigned to the borough of their choice. (NOT UAS)

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient's condition and chart your observations
• Perform evaluation tasks, such as vital signs and administering medication as prescribed by Physician
• Dress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing
• Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures

Requirements

• Associated Degree in Nursing
• NYS License Registered Nurse
• AHA BLS
• 2 years of recent experience in- home or palliative care required
• Ability to complete 5 visits per day

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
