About the role.

The Sr Programs and Campaigns Manager works collaboratively across marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership to drive impactful programs that drive brand awareness and revenue generation. The focus of this role is global programs, campaigns, and Account-based marketing (ABM).

Job Description:

  • Lead the strategy and execution for global marketing programs and campaigns 
  • Implement full funnel marketing campaigns that drive high value conversions for handoff to Sales and SDR teams
  • Strategy and execution of global one-to-many Account-based marketing (ABM) programs
  • Partner with alliance and field teams on one-to-few and one-to-one ABM campaigns
  • Drive alignment with marketing and cross-functional partners across Sales, RevOps, and others; ensure ongoing alignment with leadership
  • Own program and campaign performance metrics and be accountable for key business and revenue results. Track, measure, and communicate campaign reporting and pipeline results
  • Continually collect feedback from key partner teams to understand needs and refine campaign and ABM strategies for relevance and impact

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years of marketing experience, specifically in program and campaign management
  • 2 years of Account-based marketing (ABM) experience
  • Experience with ABM advertising tools (Rollworks preferred)
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional alignment for global programs and campaigns and ABM strategy and execution
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and Marketo
  • Hands-on experience executing across web, email, direct, and digital marketing channels
