Position Summary:
The STNA will provide daily nursing care and services that support the quality care delivered to patients in the facility.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Assisting with all ADLs
•Toileting/Bathing
- Light Housekeeping as needed
• Demonstrate Proper Patient Positioning Techniques
• Assisting in feeding/hydration
• Q2 rounds on each patient included but not limited to toileting and repositioning patients at this time.
•Reading and Documenting Vital Signs
• PCC charting
• In addition to these core responsibilities, the STNA will perform other similar duties within scope of practice as assigned by the nursing department/ superviser when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Ideal candidate must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to our residents/patients
• Active STNA license in the state of Ohio IN GOOD STANDING
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition
