Solitaire Homes is looking for a Manufactured Housing Consultant with a positive and cheerful attitude with an eagerness to grow. We are a locally owned and operated family business that has been a leader in the manufactured home industry since 1967 and are looking for someone who is hardworking, honest, social media savvy, who has integrity, and works well as a team. Sales experience and excellent customer service is a MUST. Someone who is bilingual would be a huge plus, but not a must. You must be able to close a sale to qualify for the position.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information.
• Ability to work the phones, both incoming sales calls and outgoing follow up calls (75% of sales are driven from telemarketing activities)
• Efficiently keep up with customer files, getting the proper forms signed and submitted to bank for approvals, clearing
• Build strong rapport with customers that ultimately will result in referrals
• Provide timely, relevant follow-up with ALL clients in your data base.
• CLOSE the sale once you have completed the sales process

Qualifications

• Strong sales closing abilities, ability to close a sale, asking for business multiple times
• Desire to win and be the best at anything you do.
• Have worked a commission based job and understand how performance based pay works.
• Work weekends and most Holidays, we have to be here to service our customers.
• You can not have a 6 figure income with a hourly wage mindset
• Average 45 to 50 hours per week work schedule.
• Talent for building rapport and making connections
• Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results. Goal oriented.
• Motivated for a pay-for-performance compensation plan (YOU WILL MAKE $$$ IF YOU WORK OUR PROVEN SYSTEM)
• Available to work evenings (7 pm at the latest) and weekends
• Team Player, Quick Learner, and the capability to adapt to a diverse clientele base
• Persistent and able to work with people through a 2-3 month sales process
• Understand the importance of self-marketing - Utilizing Facebook, Craigslist & Bandit Signs
• Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
