Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Legal Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detail oriented and have the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Receive and scan mail deliveries
- Calendar meetings, hearings and court conferences
- Receive and save incoming faxes
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- College degree required
- Familiarity with law office procedures and practices is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
