Position Summary:

  • Consult with prospective customers on solar energy solutions for their home.
  • Assess and qualify residential properties visually for installation requirements.
  • Lead homeowners through the entire sales process.
  • Attend weekly sales/training meetings.
  • Become well versed and knowledgeable in all aspects of our products and services.
  • Set and meet/exceed your individual and team sales goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the solar industry preferred but not required.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effectively manage time and maximize productivity.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Resilient, coachable, and able to move forward with a positive attitude when faced with challenges.

Training Pay:

To help new team members bridge the gap between learning solar basics and mastering sales, we offer up to $1,500 in training pay for your first 4 deals. Team members who set 5 closed deals in their first 60 days will be rewarded with an all-inclusive cruise at the end of the quarter.
