Soligo is Hiring an Energy Advisor Near Port Orange, FL

Soligo is expanding our footprint and seeking a talented and skilled Energy Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for scheduling and conducting client appointments, presenting energy efficiency solutions, and securing new business. To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a personable and professional attitude at all times.

Energy Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with clients to assess their energy needs and usage.
  • Providing education and recommendations on Soligo’s energy-saving solutions.
  • Developing and presenting proposals for recommended energy efficient products and solutions to clients.
  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Energy Advisor Requirements:

  • Knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to overcome challenges.
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Training Pay:

To help new team members bridge the gap between learning solar basics and mastering sales, we offer up to $1,500 in training pay for your first 4 deals. Team members who set 5 closed deals in their first 60 days will be rewarded with an all-inclusive cruise at the end of the quarter.
