Duties
- Send out messages to support salesforce
- Send follow up messages to customers to qualify leads
- Transfer leads to CRM
- Manage multiple computers to support sales team
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or data entry support role
- This position does not require customer contact over the phone; only initial contact via written communication
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to stay highly organized and prioritize tasks effectively while multitasking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and navigating multiple browsers at once
- Must excel in a supporting role, working part of a team
