Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Operating Room RN for a rewarding 13-week contract opportunity in Charlottesville, VA. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic surgical environment while providing essential care to patients undergoing various procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate for surgical procedures across multiple specialties, ensuring a sterile environment and assisting surgeons as needed.
• Assess patients preoperatively and provide education and support to ensure optimal outes.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assist in the management of patient fort and safety during procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and effective surgical care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient information, and equipment usage.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Previous experience working as an Operating Room RN with scrub and circulating responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and sterile techniques.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

40-hour day shift
