Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position - School District near Utica, NY

Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position at a school district near Utica, NY. This opportunity is available immediately and will continue through the end of the school year. The selected SLP will work with students from Kindergarten through 12th grade, providing essential speech and language therapy services to support their academic and social development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prehensive speech and language therapy services to students with diverse munication needs
• Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for growth and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to implement strategies to support students' success in the classroom and beyond
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other pertinent records
• Attend and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other relevant school-based meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or munication Disorders
• Valid New York state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a diverse caseload spanning from Kindergarten through 12th grade
