We are actively seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians for full-time positions within school districts in the Huntsville, Alabama area. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges, helping them achieve success in their educational journey.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Adherence to all local and state requirements for employment
• Previous experience in educational settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Data collection and analysis to monitor progress towards behavioral goals
• Direct support provision to students within school environments
• Collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student success
• Active participation in team meetings and commitment to ongoing professional development
