Soliant Education has partnered with a school district in the Manchester, CT area to hire a full time School Psychologist.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to identify learning, emotional, and behavioral challenges in students.
• Provide individual and group counseling services to address academic and personal issues.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Offer crisis intervention and support when necessary.
• Stay current on research and best practices in the field of school psychology.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Proven experience working in educational settings.
• Strong understanding of psychological assessments and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Weekly pay, hourly pay for ALL hours worked.
