General Duties:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement intervention strategies.
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input to support student success.
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding mental health and behavioral issues.

Requirements:

• Active licensure and certification in Connecticut as a School Psychologist.
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional needs of students.
