Minimum 1 years paraprofessional or special education experience required.

Responsibilities :

• Caseload : Elementary school age students
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and learning.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to address the diverse needs of students.
• Help in the preparation and organization of educational materials and resources.

Requirements :

• Must commit to ILcredentialing
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to follow directions and adapt to changing classroom needs.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a classroom aide or paraprofessional.
• Knowledge of special education practices or working with students with disabilities.
• Proficiency in using assistive technologies or educational tools.
