Position Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated and empathetic School Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential support services to students, collaborating with staff and families to promote mental wellness and academic achievement.
What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths, challenges, and needs
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students dealing with academic, social, emotional, or behavioral issues
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective interventions and support plans
Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

What you need:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid Ohio Psychologist certification or eligibility for certification
• 2 years experience working with diverse student populations in an educational setting
• Basic tech skills
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
