Soliant Education has partnered with a school district in the Manchester, NH area to hire full time Registered Behavior Technician.
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing behavior analytic services to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral challenges. Working under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.

Weekly pay, hourly pay for ALL hours worked.
