About the Role :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year.
As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' behavioral needs, helping them achieve their educational and personal goals.
This position offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment within various schools in Longmont, CO.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record data on student behavior
- Work closely with students to develop and reinforce appropriate behaviors
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
- Provide direct one-on-one or small group support to students
- Assist with social skills training and development
Qualifications :
- Valid RBT certification
- Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
