Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Bedford, NH. The successful candidate will work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, from ASAP to May 2024. This position entails working with an elementary caseload within the NECC Program.

Responsibilities:

• Implement an intensive skill-based program grounded in the principles of applied behavior analysis.
• Work under the direct supervision of a Masters Level Lead Teacher to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Provide support and assistance to students with diverse needs within an educational setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the success of individualized education plans.

Requirements:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational or therapeutic setting.
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
