• Efficiently coordinate patient care through prioritization, delegation, delivery, and continuous evaluation.
• Apply critical thinking to decision-making processes in patient care, integrating standards, resources, and data effectively.
• Employ nursing education and experience to administer care following the nursing process and hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to enhance care quality, patient satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
• Cultivate a supportive learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and fellow healthcare professionals.
• Champion ethical and comprehensive care, respecting the autonomy, dignity, and well-being of patients from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or commitment to obtaining one within five years of hire; extensive RN experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
• Preference for an advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP).
• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
• OCN certification highly desired.
• Three to five years of recent clinical experience in the relevant specialty.
