Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA programs designed to meet the specific needs of students.
• Work collaboratively with special education teachers and support staff to provide comprehensive support to students.
• Collect data and track progress on student goals and behavior management plans.
• Collaborate with families and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and continuity of services across settings.
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to ethical guidelines outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Requirements:

• Valid experience Paraprofessional dealing with severe behaviors prefered
• Experience working with students in a school or clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
