Educational Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field

Certifications :

• Delaware State Teaching License in Elementary Education or relevant subject area
• Additional endorsements or certifications as required by the state or district

• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students and provide appropriate accommodations and modifications as needed
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and academic success for all students
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and technology tools to enhance learning experiences and student engagement
• Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, and use data to inform instructional decisions and interventions
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress, address concerns, and collaborate on support strategies
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment for all students
