We are seeking a passionate and experienced 3rd grade Teacher, in the Philadelphia area, to join our team. This is a great full-time opportunity to make a positive impact in our3rd graders.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the current state and district standards for 3rd grade curriculum.
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resource materials to effectively teach core subjects.
• Assess student learning through ongoing formative assessment methods to inform instruction and timely feedback.
• Implement differentiation strategies to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students in the classroom.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to support student success and address and concerns or challenges that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance, and communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Must hold active Pennsylvania Teaching License.
• Must have or be willing to obtain PA clearances.
• Strong classroom and behavioral management skills.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience preferred.
