Job Description: We are currently looking for a dedicated Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Anchorage, AK. This vital position involves providing specialized speech therapy services to a diverse group of students, addressing a wide range of speech and language disorders in a supportive school setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing munication skills and academic achievements of students.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, and munication disorders.
• Create and implement effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of each student.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support and enhance the student's educational experience.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing insights and remendations to support student development.
• Maintain prehensive documentation of therapy sessions and monitor student progress.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or similar field.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Alaska.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
