Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) job

Location: Boston, MA and surrounding areas

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and provide direct ABA therapy to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in client homes, schools, and/or community settings
• Collect data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with families and other members of the treatment team to ensure consistency and progress towards treatment goals
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
• Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current RBT certification
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
• Ability to pass a background check
