Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and curriculum objectives.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students in 1st and 4th grade.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments.
• Provide timely feedback to students and parents on student performance and progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Valid teaching license or certification in Elementary Education.
• Previous experience teaching elementary students preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
