Elementary School Teacher (2024-2025 School Year)
U.S work authorization without sponsorship
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement engaging and standards-aligned curriculum for elementary students across various grade levels, covering English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, providing additional support or enrichment as needed.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning in students.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative assessments, observations, and occasional formal evaluations.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress, share successes, and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate grade-level activities, projects, and events.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Education or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Valid Delaware teaching certification in Elementary Education (K-6).
- Previous experience teaching elementary school, with knowledge of elementary curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a passion for working with students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using technology for instruction and communication.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
