Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' academic abilities, learning styles, and special education eligibility.
• Analyze assessment data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth in students' educational performance.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and interventions tailored to students' needs.
• Provide guidance and support to educators on implementing evidence-based instructional strategies and accommodations.
• Monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as needed.
• Serve as a resource for the school community on educational assessment best practices and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician certification.
• Previous experience in educational assessment and intervention preferred.
• Strong understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
